The Government Shutdown Is Affecting Real Families

Typically, when I do a write-up for this section of our website, I try to find a current event or something positive in our everyday life to highlight, but I could not find anything worth sharing. The only topic that everyone is discussing is the government shutdown and the impact it is having on the families across the D.M.V. area and the United States. This shutdown is on day 29 as of the time this article was written, October 29th, 2025, and government employees are feeling the effects of not receiving their paychecks despite them still having to show report to work. Snap benefits are due to run out by November 1st, which will have a huge impact on thousands of Americans across the states. It would seem like the government is in shambles, and the only people who are being affected by it are the American people who work within the government or receive food assistance. I imagine the longer this goes on, the more severe the impact we will see.

The DMV Area Holds a Different Kind of Power

After reading all of the different headlines, hearing the radio conversations, and opinions on social media had me thinking about one thing: there is so much power that resides in the D.C. area. I’m using the word power for the sake of being formal, but I believe what is happening is something far more mystical, almost magical. The energy that resides in this area is something that should be observed on a cosmic level. If I could define the phrase “cosmic level,” I would say it is simply to forget everything you know, learned, and observed from “the matrix” and look at things from a spiritual perspective. Not religious, but spiritual.

In This Matrix, Money and Power Are Intertwined

I recently wrote about power and how that is the driving force as to why our world operates the way it does. When you come to terms that everything is not what it seems, and the real thing everyone is chasing is power, freedom, money, and control. The souls that figured this out a long time ago changed the path for their family and future generations. In our current matrix, money equals power; if you have enough of it then you won’t be impacted when something as severe as a government shutdown happens. The people in the government on both sides of the parties will never say they don’t care about the American people, but their actions surely do. Every time they don’t come to a vote to resolve the shutdown, they all get in their expensive cars to drive back home to their expensive homes. Homes and cars that the average American can’t afford. They also more than likely have a cushion of savings and investments to fall back on if money ever becomes an issue. And again, things that the average American does not have.

Why Billionaires Stay Close to Politics

The people in Congress are not extremely wealthy millionaires (or billionaires) by any means, but they have power, which in this case will attract the money they truly desire. This is how political scandals happen throughout history. The power that they hold will attract the millionaires/billionaires because the goal for the uber wealthy is to have power. An example of this would be the partnership we saw between President Trump and Elon Musk. Other tech billionaires were all seen meeting with the president on different occasions.

Shutdowns Don’t Hit Everyone the Same

The wealthy people who are not affiliated with government but have figured out this matrix and generated a massive amount of money that has granted them to freedom to live freely. When a government shutdown happens, it has no immediate impact on them; they only start to see the impact if a shutdown extends and money is not flowing through the economy. When you understand the system and how everything works in this matrix, then you will understand why certain races guard their wealth and practically force their children into careers or family businesses. No matter what the intention of their business is, I understand the concept as to why it happens.

Is Poverty Real or a Timeline?

I saw a thread a week or so ago that said “poverty is not real.” I was so intrigued, but I couldn’t determine if I could fully resonate with the statement. It’s hard to say poverty is not a real concept when you have bills due and not enough money to cover everything, and then you are facing an eviction or something being cut off. No amount of manifestation or positivity can help you with the intense feelings you feel in that moment, especially if kids are involved. You could convince yourself that you are fine, but deep down, you are panicking and internally storing those emotions, which then will come out as anger later on. And then the cycle will repeat itself until you do something to remove yourself from that timeline. Being stuck in a “poverty” timeline is nothing more than altering your state of mind to a low vibrational frequency.

How Government Assistance Can Become a Trap

Let’s circle back to the government before we wrap this post up. Government benefits such as SNAP/TANF, Public housing assistance, and other programs are typically used by people in a lower tax bracket. The concept of why these programs were created, in theory, was a good idea. But when you dig deep into the history and the actual history of the programs, it is more so a trap to participate than anything. The income requirements for these types of programs are so low that you have to be making little to nothing to qualify, and if your income increases over these limits, you no longer qualify. The issue with that is the middle-class Americans who make too much to qualify but not enough to comfortably live. And then there are people who “work” the system and abuse these programs to live off indefinitely. They will intentionally not elevate their careers to survive.

Why You Should Never Rely on the Government

I believe that any type of government assistance should always be a temporary use if you need it, and there should always be an exit plan. That would keep the system running smoothly with enough benefits for the people who may need it in the future. Also, when you have scenarios like a budget shutdown causing snap benefits to run out, you would have nothing to worry about. Because we don’t know the intention of every individual who runs our government in Washington, D.C., we should never depend on anything from the government, because at any point, the well will run dry. We should always have contingencies in place, just as the officials who run the government do when money, power, and control are on the line.

The Energy of Washington, D.C. Feels Bigger Than Politics

To bring this article back full circle, there is some type of energetic, strong force in the Washington, D.C. area. There is something more there beyond the facade of it being the central location of our government, and where almost every world leader comes to meet. Something is going on beyond the politics that can’t be seen but felt only if you are tapped into the right frequency. Always remember that nothing is what it seems in this perfectly curated world that we are experiencing. I’ve had an obsession with Washington, D.C., once I was exposed to it, and now, as I gravitate closer to my purpose, I feel as though there is something to be discovered in our nation’s capital. I don’t know what that may be, but I intend to document the journey along the way.
