You’ve finally made it to the New Year 2026 after a long, challenging, and maybe chaotic year. It’s now 2026 so you can forget about anything before January 1st, 2026. Now is the time to alchemize all those experiences, that didn’t make you feel great, into something better. All those experiences that you had were disguised as lessons because if you take some time to reflect on why certain experiences happened to you, you will find something within yourself that should be improved for the highest version of yourself. You can also alchemize the good experiences into something greater. Always ride the wave of higher vibration experiences!
The first thing you could do is write down all the painful experiences of 2025 and figure out all the moments and choices that lead to them. When you are able to narrow down the “how’s” the next step would be to forgive yourself because you did the best you could do at the current vibration you are at. The next step would be to raise your vibration so you don’t align yourself with those experiences again. Remember, we attract the frequency that we vibrate at. If we only want and accept the best things for ourselves, that is what will be presented to our awareness every single time. You deserve only the best things out of life.
In order to make 2026 the year of you, you will have to decenter everything out of your life that is not 100% all about you. Examples of that would be men, relationships, careers, men, family, and men. Remove anything that takes the focus off of you entirely. Don’t let anyone trick you into feeling guilty about de-centering any of those examples because the reality of the situation is if you don’t show your self the purest love nothing that you bring into your life will thrive. There is balance in everything and if you ever feel out of whack within your self it will most likely be to you allowing what is on the other side of the scale, weigh you down. We all need to normalize normalizing ourselves before we consider anything else. Take care of your health, mental health, what you eat, what you read, exercise, self care, everything!! Get a grip on those things before you venture into the world of including other humans in your world. Figure out who you are first.
Start small with making yourself the, rightful, center of attention of your world. You will feel guilty at first so it is important to take your time so you don’t get overwhelmed in the journey back to yourself. When you start to feel comfortable with yourself, without guilt, you should decide what dream you will pursue this year. If you don’t have an immediate career goal, you can decide how you are going to continuously show up for and prioritize your self throughout the year. Make an actionable plan and stick to it! Don't be afraid to try new things until something sticks. We won't know what we like until we try it all, when something is meant for you-you will know it intuitively. Curiosity will be what sets you free.
Old systems are failing and falling so balance can be restored to what has been neglected for generations. If you don’t have a grip on yourself during this transition you will feel disoriented during the process. You can’t attach yourself to titles, money, or materialisms, because if it is all taken you will feel lost and that will leave you open to be receptive to negative entities. Negative entities that will contribute to negative thoughts, encouraging procrastination, negative self-talk, and so much more. Contrary to our capitlistic society everything is indeed spiritual and the faster we understand that concept, the faster our lives will improve.
Look to the unknown with curiosity instead of fear. If you feel like you have hit rock bottom change perspective to a positive approach. You lost everything? Now you can rebuild yourself exactly how you want to. You are now a blank canvas. Laid off from a job? Now is the time to dive deep into your dreams that you only worked on during the weekends. No matter what happens in your life, view any type of loss a reset or chance to start over that better aligns with your long terms goals and dreams. Don't ask for any input when it comes to rebuilding your life because no one else is going to live except you.
The Chinese New Year is something that I have been aware of but I really started looking into it the last year because nothing make the culture I was born into does not make sense nor resonate. In the Chinese Culture their new year aligns with the beginning of the spring season, which makes perfect sense. According to chinesenewyear.net, the holiday marks the end of the coldest days of the winter and people welcome the changes that the spring weather brings. Everything is coming back alive after being dormant during the cold months.
This year the Chinese New Year welcomes the Year of the Horse. The zodiac has a 12 year cycle and the horse is the 7th animal in the cycle. They describe horses as confident, responsible, fit, and intelligent. Two facts that I found the most interesting is that horses love physical and mental exertion. They also rarely accept being defeated, they are self motivated creatures that will put up a fight in everything they do in order to win. They also represent vibrant energy that symbolizes adventure, vitality, and momentum, according to Chinese New Year.
When I read what the year of the horse would bring for my specific zodiac sign (virgo and my Chinese Zodiac animal is the Dog) I felt motivated and ready to hit the ground running with all the plans that I’ve been forming over the last few months. There’s something about knowing that we have this mystical horse energy assisting us on our journeys. That made me feel the most motivated I’ve felt in a long time and is the sole reason I just started going all in on posting. I think if I had to pick an animal, I would want the horse to assist me with this phase of my life, it just makes the most sense. Horses are one of the most hardworking, and intelligent, animals on our planet. So of course we want the horse helping me return to the highest version ourselves.
No matter where you are in your life or what cultures you resonate with, all of the messaging is the same at some level. The most important thing you can do is focus on becoming (or returning) to the best version of yourself. We all have one life to live on a limited time schedule and we should all want to do everything we came here to achieve while learning how to consistently love ourselves and each other has human beings. So let’s this post be your signal to alert your soul that now is the time to start, to live, to be free, and to be happy. You can do anything you put your mind to with intention, love, and consistency.
Happy New Year from the western side of the world! We will be following up with a post during the Chinese New Year to celebrate and welcome that new, fresh, and warm energy!
